Theo you are improving by leaps and bounds. I am so happy for you. I want to say you are doing it wrong but I am blown away. I have never tried pastel you are inspiring me to give it a try. I look forward to seeing more of your work.
thx rose. I am doing it wrong for sure though. No way it's right. Can't be =D... I'm learning pastels with Bill Maughan on sustained figurative concepts. He's a great instructor and yep pastels can look pretty in a very small time frame.
